The Banquet Server role at Oak View Group is a dynamic and vital position within the hospitality segment of the organization. This role is suited for individuals who excel in fast-paced, high-volume settings and possess a keen ability to provide exceptional service during plated, buffet, fine dining, and major catering events. The Banquet Server is responsible for interpreting Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision, ensuring that every guest experience aligns with the high standards expected at OVG venues. Collaboration is central to the role, as servers work closely with banquet managers and kitchen staff to coordinate and execute events flawlessly.

This part-time role offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 and includes access to a 401(k) Savings Plan with matching, underscoring OVG’s commitment to employee financial well-being.

The Banquet Server's responsibilities encompass maintaining event areas in an organized fashion, supporting setup and cleanup activities, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Working flexible schedules that include nights, weekends, and select holidays are typical for this role, reflecting the round-the-clock nature of live entertainment and events. Fundamentally, this position requires a balance of physical capability, detailed operational knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure guests receive seamless and enjoyable service throughout their event experience. Oak View Group encourages diversity and inclusivity, offering equal employment opportunities, and is committed to amplifying the voices and strengths of a diverse workforce to continue shaping the future of the live entertainment industry.
