Job Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to balance and carry large trays weighing up to 50 pounds
Capability to clean banquet areas, organize stock, and restock trays
Must perform in environments with varying crowd sizes and noise levels
Must stand 10% and walk 90% of the time
Frequent bending, pushing, twisting, kneeling, climbing, stooping, and reaching overhead required
Ability to respond to touch, speech, smell, aural, and visual cues
Must handle fast-paced environment with constant customer contact

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior banquet food service experience
Minimum 2 years of food server experience preferred
Knowledge of table service procedures and etiquette
Superior customer service skills
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Experience carrying large trays and using chafing dishes, plate warmers, coffee urns, and hot boxes
