This position requires the individual to review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) meticulously to understand menu specifics, room layout, and all service requirements including food, beverage, and audiovisual needs. The Banquet Server will work closely with the setup staff in arranging tables, buffets, and bar stations according to the event plan. Ensuring that the presentation and quality of food meet the company’s standards before serving to guests is a critical part of this role. The server will also be tasked with preparing and serving beverages, providing professional and prompt service, and maintaining clear communication with the kitchen team about any last-minute changes or special requests.

This position is hourly, with a rate of pay at $18.50 per hour plus gratuities, reflecting the value placed on the quality service delivered.
