The Banquet Server will work closely with the setup staff in arranging tables, buffets, and bar stations according to the event plan. Ensuring that the presentation and quality of food meet the company’s standards before serving to guests is a critical part of this role. The server will also be tasked with preparing and serving beverages, providing professional and prompt service, and maintaining clear communication with the kitchen team about any last-minute changes or special requests.

Job Duties
- Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs
- Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc
- Check quality and presentation of food before serving
- Prepare and serve beverages for the function
- Provide prompt and professional service to all guests
- Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes
