Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of food service experience preferably in banquet service
Experience working in a 4-star or 5-star hospitality venue
Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for customer service and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

2-4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet service
Experience in 4-star or 5-star venue with synchronized service
Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience
Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

Set up for functions to include draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and putting out table centerpieces
Service to include picking up food from back hall, carrying trays to function location, serving food and clearing the food from the tables
Break down to include bussing tables, putting away dirty linen and centerpieces, vacuuming
Cleaning of back hall and organizing of storerooms
Set up for AM or PM break stations including coffee, tea, snacks, beverages
Assisting with event room setup according to meal period and table needs
Performing food and beverage preparation duties such as preparing condiments, brewing coffee and ensuring workstations are stocked
