Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of food service experience preferably in banquet service
- Experience working in a 4-star or 5-star hospitality venue
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for customer service and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet service
- Experience in 4-star or 5-star venue with synchronized service
- Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience
- Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Set up for functions to include draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and putting out table centerpieces
- Service to include picking up food from back hall, carrying trays to function location, serving food and clearing the food from the tables
- Break down to include bussing tables, putting away dirty linen and centerpieces, vacuuming
- Cleaning of back hall and organizing of storerooms
- Set up for AM or PM break stations including coffee, tea, snacks, beverages
- Assisting with event room setup according to meal period and table needs
- Performing food and beverage preparation duties such as preparing condiments, brewing coffee and ensuring workstations are stocked
