The Catering Services Worker role at Aramark plays a crucial part within the event operations team, ensuring that catering orders and events are executed smoothly and successfully within their assigned location. This hourly position, compensating $18.00 per hour, involves a variety of responsibilities centered on event setup, equipment transport, guest service, and cleanup activities. The Catering Services Worker is responsible for supporting and carrying out the entire catering service process, including adhering strictly to client or customer requests and banquet event orders. This includes setting up chairs, tables, buffet lines, and other event-related equipment as well as transporting food, beverages, and all vital supplies to the event site.
During the event, this role requires replenishing food and beverage products, maintaining cleanliness and appearance of food service areas, and providing excellent customer service to guests. Post-event tasks involve breaking down equipment, cleaning the area, and returning all items to proper storage. The role demands physical endurance, as it may involve lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Adherence to safety policies and procedures is mandatory to ensure both guest and staff well-being.

Job Duties
- Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests and banquet event order
- Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all vital supplies and equipment
- Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested in banquet event order
- Replenish food and beverage products during events
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
- Pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service
- Break down and clean area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to accurate storage
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Follow safety policies and procedures
