Delaware North Sportservice is currently seeking part-time Banquet Servers to join their dynamic team at Lambeau Field. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be available to work daytime shifts
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up service and clean-up
- Ability to stand or walk for entire length of the shift
- Good mobility to maneuver between tables delivering food
- Ability to oversee events indoors and outdoors regardless of weather
- Ability to work under variable temperature conditions including extreme heat and cold
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 months previous experience in food and beverage service or related guest service preferred
- Strong communication skills including listening and order taking
- Ability to complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple table assignments at once
- Ability to work with varying event schedules preferred
Job Duties
- Set up tables following the banquet event orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly
- Replenish buffet line food as needed
- Monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled
- Handle any guest complaints
- Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
- Break down the event according to company procedures
