The role being offered is for a part-time Banquet Server at Lambeau Field, one of the most prestigious sports arenas in the United States, home of the legendary Green Bay Packers. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must be available to work daytime shifts
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple table assignments at one time
  • Ability to work with the varying event schedule is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk for the entire shift, including walking up and down stairs
  • Good mobility to maneuver between tables
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions including extreme heat and cold

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 months of previous experience in food and beverage service or related guest service environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills, including listening skills
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple table assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to work with a varying event schedule is preferred
  • Must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties

  • Set up tables following the banquet event orders
  • Serve food and beverages to guests promptly
  • Replenish buffet line food as needed
  • Monitor guest needs, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled
  • Handle any guest complaints
  • Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
  • Break down the event according to company procedures
