Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is a leading hospitality and food service company that operates concessions and premium dining experiences at iconic venues such as the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Established in 2012 at this location, Delaware North provides a variety of services including managing restaurants, bars, event venues, and concession stands. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must be available to work daytime shifts
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple table assignments at one time
  • Ability to work with the varying event schedule is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk for the entire shift, including walking up and down stairs
  • Good mobility to maneuver between tables
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions including extreme heat and cold

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 months of previous experience in food and beverage service or related guest service environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills, including listening skills
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple table assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to work with a varying event schedule is preferred
  • Must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties

  • Set up tables following the banquet event orders
  • Serve food and beverages to guests promptly
  • Replenish buffet line food as needed
  • Monitor guest needs, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled
  • Handle any guest complaints
  • Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
  • Break down the event according to company procedures
