The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, proudly managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality, offers a vibrant and dynamic workplace situated in College Station, Texas. Known for its blend of Aggieland spirit and Howdy Hospitality, the property features 250 guest rooms, 23 flexible meeting rooms, and 35,000 square feet of meeting space, hosting a variety of events and guests year-round. We are seeking a highly motivated Banquet Server to join our team. This part-time or full-time position involves setting up banquet rooms with precision, serving guests during events, clearing tables, and efficiently breaking down the space once functions conclude. Serving an average of $13 to $18 per hour plus service charges with biweekly pay, this role is ideal for candidates eager to engage in the fast-paced hospitality industry while working in a supportive environment. The position requires flexibility to work during high-demand times such as Texas A&M football games, graduations, and other signature events, acknowledging that hospitality operates 24/7. Banquet Servers play a vital role in executing flawless event services, contributing directly to the overall guest experience and upholding Pyramid Global Hospitality’s standard of excellence.

The Banquet Server role also extends to food and beverage preparation tasks, maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas, and providing warm, professional interactions with guests and colleagues alike. This position is perfect for individuals with or without prior food and beverage experience, as extensive training programs are provided to build necessary skills.   • Set up and prepare banquet rooms for functions

  • Tear down and clean banquet rooms post-event
  • Prepare condiments, brew coffee, and stock workstations
  • Provide warm and professional guest interactions
  • Assist with cleaning and organizing back-of-house areas
