The Banquet Server position at Kessler Hospitality’s Grand Bohemian Lodge is an hourly role focused on delivering exceptional service during banquet functions. The banquet server plays a crucial part in ensuring that all food and beverage services meet the hotel’s high standards of quality and professionalism. This role involves setting up banquet rooms according to detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), serving guests with courtesy and efficiency, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked banquet storeroom. Being a banquet server at Kessler Hospitality means contributing to an enriched guest experience by providing attentive, friendly, and polished service throughout the banquet function.

This role demands flexibility and the ability to work long hours when necessary, as well as the physical stamina to stand and carry out medium work tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. The ideal candidate will be proactive in anticipating and responding to guest needs and complaints, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively. The banquet server also follows strict money handling procedures when processing guest payments and ensures that all banquet setups and clean-ups adhere to the standards prescribed by the hotel’s management.
