The Food and Beverage Server role at The Belgrove offers an exciting opportunity to be part of this vibrant hospitality community. This part-time position requires serving guests in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner, ensuring that all food and beverage services meet company standards. Servers are responsible for preparing specified areas such as guest rooms, conference rooms, buffets, and dining rooms promptly and accurately. They maintain a thorough understanding of the resort's menu, wine list, and all hotel facilities and services to answer guest inquiries accurately and provide top-tier service.
Candidates for this role will have the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment typical of a 4-star or 5-star venue with synchronized service standards. The position demands a passion for excellence in service, as well as a commitment to quickly addressing and resolving any guest concerns to ensure an overall positive experience that results in repeated visits. The role includes completing all assigned side work, promoting seamless communication and teamwork between the dining room, kitchen, and other departments, and maintaining excellent personal grooming according to the dress code standards. Ideal candidates will bring 2 to 4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet service, with a good working knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
