The role we are offering is a Service Team Member position where you will be integral to the smooth execution of events. This role involves reviewing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to understand all menu details, room setups, and the specific needs for food, beverage, and audio-visual requirements. You will assist set up staff with table arrangements, buffet displays, and bar setups to ensure everything is prepared perfectly before guests arrive. A significant part of your responsibilities includes checking the quality and presentation of food prior to service to uphold our high standards. Additionally, you will prepare and serve beverages during functions, providing prompt and professional service to all attendees.
