The Banquet Server role at Hilton goes beyond traditional food and drink service. Job Duties

- take food and beverage orders accurately
- enter orders into the point-of-sale system
- deliver orders promptly and with attention to detail
- manage the service station ensuring it is stocked, clean, and organized
- clear dishware, glassware, and silverware after meal service
- assist with cleaning and setting banquet tables
- restock supplies to maintain event flow
- comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
