Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Refined verbal and written communication
  • Ability to keep up with fast-paced environment
  • Able to carry tray to shoulder weighing up to 30 lbs without assistance
  • Able to stand and/or walk entire shift
  • Must be available nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • U.S. work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to carry a tray weighing up to 30 lbs without assistance
  • Ability to stand and/or walk entire shift
  • Available to work nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • U.S. work authorization

Job Duties

  • Properly set up banquet rooms as instructed including linen and china
  • Follow health and safety practices at all times
  • Complete all prep work prior to event start time
  • Create a pleasurable dining experience for all guests
  • Serve food and/or beverage ensuring consistency throughout event
  • Respond promptly to any guest requests
  • Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Maintain clear and open communication between all staff
  • Maintain all work areas including side work duties during event
  • Remove all linen, silverware, china, and trays after banquet
  • Clean and wipe down work areas and complete side duties before shift ends
  • Have fun at work and maintain a positive and willing attitude
