Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a banquet server and/or bartender
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Michigan
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Responsible Alcohol Service certification preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a banquet server and/or bartender preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or equipment as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Michigan
- Responsible Alcohol Service certification is a plus
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and company standards
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests during events
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as a bartender, following all safety and legal guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and banquet areas throughout events
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events
- Collaborate with team members and event coordinators to ensure smooth event execution
- Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally and promptly
