Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of menus and drink offerings
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and hygiene
- Willingness to follow club standards and policies
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in restaurant or club server and bartender roles
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Familiarity with POS systems preferably Jonas
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet members by name when possible
- Have expert knowledge of all menus including dinner, lunch, cocktail, dessert, and wine
- Answer questions professionally and promptly
- Use Jonas POS system accurately for orders and charges
- Maintain clean and orderly dining room
- Uphold high personal hygiene and appearance based on club standards
- Perform tasks both individually and as part of a team
- Demonstrate initiative and goal orientation
- Take pride and responsibility for quality of work
- Think critically under high stress
- Lift up to 50 pounds and be physically prepared to stand for long periods
- Keep uniform neat, pressed, and professional
- Arrive prepared with perfect service tools including lighter, wine key, server book, and pens
- Manage time efficiently and multitask effectively
- Maintain professional and presentable appearance at all times on club property
