The role of Server & Bartender is crucial in fulfilling the club’s promise of outstanding hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and personalized service to members, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations while maintaining club standards. This role demands a strong knowledge of the club’s menus including dinner, lunch, cocktails, desserts, and wine selections to confidently and professionally respond to member inquiries. The use of the Jonas POS system for accurate order entry and billing is essential for daily operations. Attention to detail is critical, from maintaining a clean and orderly dining area to ensuring personal hygiene and a neat appearance that aligns with the club’s dress code.

Server & Bartenders at this club function both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, responsibility, and critical thinking especially during high-stress situations such as busy service periods. Physical stamina is a key requirement as the role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating in conditions that may be hot, humid, and noisy. Punctuality, time management, multitasking, and a preparedness with essential tools including a lighter, wine key, server book, and pens are necessary for delivering efficient service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role
