As a Banquet Server at Concord Hospitality, you will play an integral role in ensuring that each guest enjoys a memorable event experience, whether it is a wedding reception, corporate meeting, training session, reunion, or other special gatherings. This hourly position offers a pay rate starting at $12.35 plus gratuities, with an opportunity to grow professionally through extensive training and development programs. You will collaborate closely with fellow servers to maintain a smooth flow of service, especially during peak periods. Training will be provided to familiarize you with buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services according to the high standards of the company.
