As a Banquet Server at Hilton, you play a critical role in creating memorable dining experiences for guests attending events and banquets. This role goes beyond the basic responsibilities of serving food and beverages; it involves actively spreading hospitality’s warmth by delivering exceptional service marked by friendliness, attention to detail, and efficiency. Your daily tasks will include mastering the menu so that you can confidently assist guests, handling orders with precision through the point-of-sale system, and maintaining an inviting and organized service station. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Physical capability to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to following health and safety regulations
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in banquet or food service preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Delight our guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude and proactively enhance their experience
- Master the menu to confidently assist guests and answer their questions
- Serve food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Manage and maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized service station
- Clear and transport tableware promptly after meal service
- Support event preparation through cleaning, arranging, setting banquet tables, and restocking supplies
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being
