Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in banquet or food service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math and point-of-sale system proficiency
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Delight guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their experience special
- Master the menu by learning all item details and specials to confidently assist and answer guest questions
- Serve with efficiency and care by taking orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and delivering completed orders promptly
- Manage the service station by ensuring it is fully stocked, clean, and organized
- Clear and transport tableware by removing dishware, glassware, and silverware after meals and delivering them for cleaning
- Support event preparation by assisting with cleaning, arranging and setting banquet tables, and restocking supplies
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain guest and team well-being
