At the Raleigh Convention Center, Sodexo is hiring for the full-time role of Banquet Server. This position offers an hourly pay range of $14.00 to $18.00 and is ideal for candidates with an open availability for varying shifts, including days and hours. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food and beverage services at catered events such as meetings, receptions, luncheons, dinners, and special functions. The role involves working under the supervision of the Banquet Captain and Banquet Supervisor, participating actively in event setup, service delivery, and post-event breakdown.

This position requires flexibility to support different service styles, from casual buffets to formal plated and passed services. Banquet Servers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organizing service areas, assisting with presentation standards, and ensuring guests receive attentive, professional, and timely service. The ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds on occasion is necessary, alongside the expectation to attend scheduled shifts punctually and regularly.
