The role not only emphasizes excellent customer service but also strict adherence to Food Safety regulations and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe and pleasant environment for all guests. This role requires flexibility, as the Banquet Server may be called upon to work at any or all Parkview entities depending on organizational needs. Candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for those holding at least one year of related work experience in hospitality or customer service, particularly within a medical or hospital setting. Successful candidates will be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 40 pounds, frequent standing, walking, stooping, and bending, and demonstrate excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- able to lift 40 pounds
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum of one year related work experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multi-task and work independently with critical thinking
- ability to perform physical demands including standing, walking, stooping, and bending
- ability to use departmental equipment as outlined by the department
Job Qualifications

- minimum of one year experience in hospitality services or customer service preferred
- experience in nutritional services in a medical or hospital setting preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
