The role being offered is a Food and Beverage Team Member position at the Los Robles Golf Course location. This position plays a critical part in elevating the dining and event experiences for patrons by ensuring food safety compliance, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service. Working as part of the Arcis Golf hospitality team, the successful candidate will contribute to memorable guest interactions by attentively managing requests and collaborating seamlessly with servers, banquet captains, and management.

This is a part-time or full-time position offering a competitive pay range of $16.90 to $30.00 per hour, reflecting experience and skills. Team members must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. They will carry out all assigned station duties accurately and consistently, all while following company policies and adhering to state and federal laws that govern food and alcohol service.

This role goes beyond basic food service responsibilities by fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere that guests appreciate and remember. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Capable of bending, twisting, crouching, squatting, reaching overhead, and performing similar movements throughout a shift
  • Able to safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds using proper lifting techniques

Job Duties

  • Comply with all company policies as well as applicable state and federal laws governing food and alcohol service
  • Uphold food safety practices and keep workstations and equipment clean and compliant with health regulations
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and ensure every guest receives a memorable experience
  • Handle multiple guest interactions efficiently while communicating requests, concerns, and service-related issues to servers and management
  • Complete all assigned station duties accurately and consistently
  • Accept direction from banquet captain and work with team members to execute details of the assigned event
