The Banquet Server position at Manchester Country Club is an essential role that supports the smooth operation of banquet and dining functions. As a Banquet Server, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, helping to oversee food and beverage operations on a daily basis. Job Duties
- Perform the correct policies and procedures
- assist with banquet set-up and breakdown of tables, decoration, equipment, serving areas and related activities in an accurate and timely manner
- provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events or a la carte dining
- ensure satisfaction by communicating with the client throughout the event regarding any changes, substitutions or special requests
- responsible for serving clients during events including refilling drinks, delivering food, bussing tables etc.
- perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor
