  • Must have general knowledge of food, drinks, garnish, and service times of menu items
  • Must have knowledge of table set ups, condiments, etc
  • Must have knowledge of overall food and beverage operation

Job Duties

  • Set up and break down banquet spaces per banquet event order
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of event spaces
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate with guests
  • Serve food and beverages according to company standards
  • Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation
  • Manage audio-visual equipment during events
  • Adhere to safety and security policies and report incidents to management
  • Perform other duties as required to support event operations
