The position available is for a Banquet Server at Legends Global, specifically working at the Tucson Convention Center (TCC) / Arena. This role is essential in providing high-quality catering services during banquets, concessions, and various events hosted within the facility. The Banquet Server acts as the face of the company by engaging with guests in a professional and enthusiastic manner to ensure they receive courteous and attentive service. The job demands a thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, proper handling of alcoholic beverages consistent with company standards, and the ability to effectively communicate with both guests and team members to maintain seamless service.

The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including greeting guests, delivering food and drinks promptly, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines, maintaining a professional appearance, and performing side work during slower hours. Candidates interested in the Banquet Server position should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of experience working in a service-oriented environment. Knowledge of catering services and terminology is advantageous. Additionally, applicants must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages. The physical aspect of the job requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
