The company fosters a dynamic and responsive organizational culture where employees are encouraged to stay nimble and take ownership of their roles, ensuring every guest encounter is memorable, positive, and seamless. With numerous locations and diverse event hosting capabilities, HHM Hotels provides an engaging work environment for hospitality professionals dedicated to growth and service quality.

The hourly wage for this position is $22.00, reflecting the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation for both full-time and part-time opportunities. The Banquet Server is an integral part of our events team, responsible for maintaining smooth banquet operations by adhering to detailed service protocols and delivering attentive guest care throughout each event.

As a Banquet Server at HHM Hotels, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and efficient banquet environment. The role involves preparing banquet spaces according to supervisor instructions, participating in pre-event roll calls to understand event specifics and guest expectations, and delivering food and beverages systematically to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction. The Banquet Server also manages beverage replenishments and promptly clears dishes after courses, all while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness to guest needs and special requests. Adhering to state, federal, and corporate policies regarding the service of alcoholic beverages is a fundamental part of the role, alongside practicing safe work habits compliant with OSHA and MSDS standards.

This position offers clear advancement opportunities with a growth path leading from Banquet Captain to Assistant Banquet Manager, and eventually Banquet Manager, promoting career development within the hospitality sector. HHM Hotels values staff growth and provides support to develop skill sets pertinent to event management and guest services. The work environment requires flexibility as schedules vary, including working holidays and weekends, and demands physical capability to perform activities such as standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 35 pounds, and other movement-intensive tasks.

Joining HHM Hotels means becoming part of a team that truly believes in the philosophy: People Are Our Capability - Hearts That Serve - Only Excellence - Stay Nimble - Own It. This mindset drives every aspect of the guest experience and employee engagement, ensuring that all team members are empowered, valued, and motivated to excel in their roles, making the hospitality experience exceptional for every guest.
