The role of Banquet Server is integral to the organization's promise of delivering exceptional guest experiences during special events and banquets. Job Requirements

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
  • Ability to remain guest-focused and calm under pressure
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 10 plus pounds
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
