Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations
- Must maintain valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification
- Food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations

Job Duties
- Provide food and beverage services to guests during catered events
- Support various service styles from casual buffets to formal plated meals and passed service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and work areas during events
- Clear tables, reset place settings, and assist with presentation standards
- Lift and move up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Participate in event setup, service execution, and breakdown under banquet captain and supervisor guidance
