As a part of the hospitality industry, White Pines combines the excitement of golf with the elegance of banquet services, making it a unique and dynamic workplace for those passionate about service and teamwork.\n\nWe are currently seeking experienced Part-Time and Seasonal Banquet Servers to join our dedicated team for the busy wedding and golf season. This role is critical to ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and seamless dining and event experience. The position requires individuals with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. As a banquet server, you will be responsible for assisting in setting up banquet rooms and tents, serving food and beverages, and working collaboratively with other staff to provide top-notch service. This role is part-time, offering 10 to 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, and pays $9.00 per hour. Servers will be expected to handle a variety of tasks such as polishing silverware, folding napkins, buffet setup, coffee service, and interacting with guests through passed appetizers and plated or buffet service. The position requires the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods, and candidates must be comfortable handling food and beverage products safely and properly. Job Requirements
- minimum of 16 years of age
- excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Basset certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
- Serv Safe Food Handlers certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
- available for at least 3-4 shifts weekly
- able to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp and bend for up to 6 hours at a time
- able to lift up to 50 lbs rarely, 30 lbs frequently and 20 lbs constantly

Job Duties
- maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times
- arrive promptly for shift in proper uniform
- thoroughly complete banquet set-up and breakdown including polishing, napkin folds, buffet set up and coffee service
- maintain proper handling of all food and beverage products
- perform all side work as required
- perform additional duties related to job as assigned
- interact with guests through passing appetizers, plated service and buffet service
