We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our dynamic team. This role is fundamental in shaping the guest experience during large events and special occasions. As a Banquet Server at Heritage Hotels & Resorts, you will be on the front lines of hospitality, providing refined and seamless service that transforms events into unforgettable moments. Attention to detail, professionalism, and an ability to work effectively as part of a team are crucial to succeed in this position. The Banquet Server is responsible for setting up banquet dining areas, rolling silverware, preparing food and beverage stations, serving guests efficiently, and ensuring that all service areas are maintained with cleanliness and professional presentation. Communication during events with team members and leadership is vital to ensure smooth operations. Handling guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, accurately managing guest checks, cash, and tip reporting, and upholding food safety and sanitation standards are key components of this role.
