The Banquet Server role at the Kroc Center Hawaii is an on-call, hourly position with a pay rate of $14.00 per hour, reporting to the Sales and Events Manager in the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center. The primary responsibility for the Banquet Server is to provide exceptional food and beverage service during banquet events, ensuring that guests have a memorable and positive experience. This includes setting up banquet spaces, serving food and drinks efficiently and courteously, maintaining proper presentation and temperature of served items, and performing cleanup duties after events. The ideal candidate will not only demonstrate excellent customer service skills but also a profound commitment to the core mission of The Salvation Army.

This position requires the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed, reflecting the nature of events and banquet scheduling. Previous experience in banquet or restaurant service is required, while extensive experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
