Physical demands include the ability to carry trays with multiple plates and lift items up to 60 pounds with assistance, reflecting the active and physically engaging nature of banquet service. The role also demands mental acuity for multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining poise and effective communication. Previous experience in banquet or restaurant service is required, while extensive experience in food and beverage service is preferred.

The Banquet Server at the Kroc Center Hawaii embodies the values of professionalism and dedication to service, representing The Salvation Army in the community with integrity and enthusiasm.
