Renowned for its commitment to high-quality service and guest satisfaction, HHM Hotels has established itself as a leader in the hospitality industry by maintaining a portfolio of comfortable and finely appointed hotels in prime locations. With a focus on delivering memorable accommodations and services, HHM Hotels continuously invests in its team members and facilities to uphold its reputation for excellence. Their dedication to sustainable practices and guest-focused service standards sets them apart, ensuring every guest encounter is positive and meets the highest expectations. The company fosters a culture where employees can thrive, offering clear career paths and supporting their professional growth within the hospitality field.

The role of Banquet Server at HHM Hotels offers an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor to the successful execution of banquet events, ensuring guests receive attentive and professional service. As a Banquet Server, the individual will be responsible for setting up banquet rooms according to specific instructions, serving food and beverages precisely as guided by supervisors, and maintaining consistency throughout the event. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a high level of guest service orientation. Banquet Servers attend pre-event roll call meetings to understand the particulars of each function, from guest expectations to hotel policies. They actively engage in replenishing guests' beverages, promptly clearing dishes following courses, and handling special requests or complaints with professionalism and care.

Safety and compliance are essential aspects of this position, including adherence to all relevant state, federal, and corporate regulations, especially concerning the service of alcoholic beverages. Additionally, employees in this role are expected to practice safe work habits, use protective safety equipment, and comply with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.

HHM Hotels offers competitive compensation for this role, with hourly wages ranging from $18.00 to $19.00, making it an attractive opportunity for both full-time and part-time employees seeking a dynamic work environment within the hospitality sector. The company supports its staff through a comprehensive benefits package and fosters a workplace culture centered on care, agility, and commitment to excellence. Employees begin on a clear growth trajectory starting as Banquet Servers, with advancement paths leading to Banquet Captain, Assistant Banquet Manager, and ultimately Banquet Manager positions.

Joining HHM Hotels as a Banquet Server means becoming part of a company that values people as its greatest capability, encourages hearts that serve with passion, demands only excellence in its operations, stays adaptable to changing conditions, and empowers employees to 'Own It' — taking responsibility and pride in their work. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing top-notch food and beverage service in a fast-paced event setting and who aspire to build a rewarding career in hotel and banquet management.
