Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous banquet or event serving experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in banquet or event serving preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation

Job Duties

  • Serve food and beverage to banquet guests
  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and professional service
  • Collaborate with banquet sales managers and banquet captains to deliver smooth event execution
  • Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of event spaces
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet areas
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and event staff
