Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous banquet or event serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Duties
- Serve food and beverage to banquet guests
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and professional service
- Collaborate with banquet sales managers and banquet captains to deliver smooth event execution
- Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of event spaces
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and event staff
