Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Fluent or proficient in the English language
- At least one year previous banquet or restaurant service experience
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- Able to carry trays and plates weighing up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 60 pounds with assistance
- Pass a criminal history information check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Fluent or proficient in the English language
- At least one year previous banquet or restaurant service experience
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Extensive experience in food and beverage industry, specifically banquet service desired
Job Duties
- Maintain a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction
- Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Able to communicate effectively with event organizers, team members, and guests
- Perform all guest contact activities such as serving food and beverage, responding to guests' inquiries in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
- Ensure food and beverage is served while maintaining a consistent presentation and proper temperatures
- Have knowledge of events, menu items, table settings, service ware and the correct preparation and garnishing methods
- Follow directions from Banquet Event Order (BEO) with strong attention to detail
