Working flexible and varying shifts, with open availability preferred, the Banquet Server supports service styles that range from casual buffets to formal plated meals and passed hors d'oeuvres. Beyond the core duties of serving guests, this role fosters an inclusive environment where employees are encouraged to grow through access to ongoing training, professional development opportunities, and a broad benefits package.

Sodexo’s supportive work culture offers flexible scheduling to accommodate life’s important moments, as well as benefits including paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, 401k plans, and employee discount programs. Moreover, some locations provide additional perks such as free shift meals, uniforms, safety shoes, transportation assistance, and parking facilities. This role not only supports Sodexo’s operational excellence but also offers an entry point for individuals eager to build a fulfilling career in hospitality and event services within an ethical and socially responsible company. Candidates will be part of a diverse and inclusive workforce dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences through attentive, professional, and timely service at events of all sizes.
