The Banquet Server position at HVMG also comes with comprehensive benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, full healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision), and a 401(k) plan with a guaranteed 4% company match without a vesting period. Flexibility and financial wellness are further supported by access to up to 40% of earned wages before payday through the PayActive program. Employees also enjoy exclusive discounts at hotels and food and beverage outlets within the company’s portfolio, enhancing overall job satisfaction.

Working as a Banquet Server at HVMG is more than just a job; it’s a chance to join a culture of excellence and become part of a team that values each person’s contribution toward delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and who seek long-term career opportunities within the hospitality industry.
