Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
- People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining or restaurant environments
- Experience in food handling, sanitation, or food safety protocols
- Background in hospitality or guest services roles including host or host experience or serving
- Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts in fast-paced settings
- Experience with upselling menu items to increase sales
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by attending to guests' needs promptly and professionally
- Serve food and beverages accurately while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during banquets, events, or nightclubs
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas including dining spaces, service stations, and kitchen areas
- Support guest relations by addressing inquiries courteously and professionally
