As a Banquet Server at Frisco Embassy Suites, you will play a crucial role in setting up and breaking down event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders. This includes arranging linens, table settings, and handling audio/visual equipment to ensure a seamless event environment. You'll be responsible for serving food and beverages with a keen attention to timing, presentation, and customer satisfaction. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout the event is essential, alongside managing guest needs professionally and supporting event contacts during functions. All duties must be performed in adherence to food safety, sanitation, and company policies, promoting a safe and inviting atmosphere for both guests and staff.

  • food safety certification or complete training within first 90 days
  • alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days
  • ability to lift pull and push up to 50 lbs bend and squat repeatedly and stand walk for entire shift
  • flexible availability including early mornings evenings nights weekends and holidays
