Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- obtain and maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
- obtain and maintain a valid MAST certification
- ability to secure and maintain STATE or TRIBAL Gaming License
- tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
- demonstrate efficient and healthy work habits
- practice, support and maintain the Mission, Vision and Values of Spokane Tribe Casino
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- one year restaurant/deli experience preferred
- strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- knowledge and skill in alcohol safety awareness
- working knowledge of P.O.S. systems
- effective communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations
- ability to work various shifts with flexibility
Job Duties
- Present food and beverages to guests
- perform bartending duties as directed and/or assigned
- provide excellent guest service and promote positive guest relations
- stock, store and care for all banquet equipment
- assist in washing and stocking glassware and utensils as needed
- clean banquet and storage areas as needed
- ensure banquet areas are clean and restocked
