Job Requirements

  • Some high school education or equivalent
  • Flexible scheduling based on business demands
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to bend, stretch, and twist
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Qualifications

  • Some high school education or equivalent
  • Previous server experience preferred
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Demonstrates a professional image that inspires trust and confidence
  • Exhibits enthusiastic and positive energy

Job Duties

  • Read, interpret and follow banquet event orders and instructions from banquet captain or manager
  • Participate in event setup including moving and setting tables and chairs, buffet setup, side stations
  • Prepare table settings, condiments, and beverages for functions as directed
  • Communicate with banquet captain or manager regarding changes, special requests, or dietary restrictions
  • Interact courteously and professionally with guests to ensure exceptional dining experiences
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete assigned side-work and preparatory tasks for future events before leaving
  • Participate in post-event cleanup including floors, dishes, equipment, and supplies
