Job Requirements
- Some high school education or equivalent
- Flexible scheduling based on business demands
- Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to bend, stretch, and twist
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Previous server experience preferred

Job Duties
- Read, interpret and follow banquet event orders and instructions from banquet captain or manager
- Participate in event setup including moving and setting tables and chairs, buffet setup, side stations
- Prepare table settings, condiments, and beverages for functions as directed
- Communicate with banquet captain or manager regarding changes, special requests, or dietary restrictions
- Interact courteously and professionally with guests to ensure exceptional dining experiences
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete assigned side-work and preparatory tasks for future events before leaving
- Participate in post-event cleanup including floors, dishes, equipment, and supplies
