We are currently seeking an on-call banquet server to support our team during busy periods and special functions. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.27, in addition to tips, creating a rewarding compensation structure for driven and hardworking individuals. The on-call banquet server position is integral in ensuring that events run smoothly by providing attentive service to guests and assisting in the setup and teardown phases. The ability to work on call requires flexibility and readiness to step in as needed, often on short notice. The ideal candidate will be agile, capable of moving furniture to prepare event spaces and attentive to detail when it comes to guest service. Teamwork is essential in this role, as banquet servers coordinate closely with other staff members to deliver seamless hospitality. While TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification is preferred, it is not mandatory, allowing dedicated individuals the opportunity to grow and potentially pursue certification after hiring.
