Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with customers
Previous catering experience preferred
Ability to work independently
Ability to meet dress code requirements
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
Completion of Food Handling and Alcohol Service training
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods
Compliance with uniform policy and use of personal protective equipment as required

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to meet dress code requirements
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
Completion of Food Handling and Alcohol Service training

Job Duties

Set up catering and event services in accordance with customer requirements and banquet event directives
Deliver and transport food, drinks, and supplies to designated event locations
Arrange seating, tables, buffet lines, and event equipment as per banquet event itinerary
Refill food and beverages during events as needed
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of food service areas
Clear food and beverage deliveries post-service and break down event spaces
Provide exceptional customer service to all event guests
Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment
