- good communication skills
- able to speak and understand English
- customer centric approach in dealing with the public and co-workers
- physically able to lift and carry trays and remove soiled items from tables

Job Duties
- keep work areas clean and organized
- know food preparation and service
- report all unsafe conditions immediately
- set up banquet rooms for functions (chairs, tables, linens, etc.)
- solve unusual customer requests creatively
- complete other duties as assigned by supervisor including cross training
