- Some high school education or equivalent
- must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands
- successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
- able to lift up to 30 lbs
- able to bend, stretch, and twist
- able to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Read, interpret and follow banquet event orders and instructions from Banquet Captain or manager
- participate in event setup including moving and setting tables and chairs, buffet setup, and side stations
- prepare table settings, condiments, and beverages for the function as required
- communicate with Banquet Captain or manager about changes, special requests, or dietary restrictions
- interact courteously and professionally with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience
- deliver food and beverages timely, efficiently and professionally
- complete all assigned side-work and pre-work before leaving
- participate in clean up after functions including cleaning floors, dishes, equipment and supplies
