Job Requirements
- Minimum six months serving experience for medium to large groups
- food safety certification or complete training within first 90 days
- alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days
- ability to lift pull and push up to 50 lbs bend and squat repeatedly and stand or walk for entire shift
- flexible availability including early mornings evenings nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Set up and break down event spaces per banquet event orders including linens settings and audio visual equipment
- serve food and beverages focusing on timing presentation and guest satisfaction
- maintain clean and organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle
- manage guest needs professionally supporting the event contact during the function
- follow food safety sanitation and company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
