The company is committed to delivering unparalleled guest experiences while upholding sustainability standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. As a well-established entity in the hospitality industry, it focuses on cultivating a positive and professional environment where team members can grow their careers. The establishment offers a structured growth path where employees can advance from Banquet Captain to Assistant Banquet Manager, and ultimately to Banquet Manager positions, reflecting the company's dedication to nurturing talent and leadership within its ranks.

In the role of Banquet Server, you will be an essential part of the event services team, responsible for the setup of banquet rooms according to precise instructions from supervisors. Your role includes preparing the event space to meet guest and hotel expectations, which requires attention to detail and adherence to the company’s standards. At the core of this position is serving food and beverages in a manner that guarantees consistency, professionalism, and guest satisfaction throughout the duration of the banquet. You will attend pre-event roll call meetings to familiarize yourself with each function's specifics, ensuring you understand guest expectations and hotel requirements.

Your responsibilities will include replenishing beverages promptly, checking in with guests to confirm their satisfaction, and removing dishes efficiently as courses are finished. This role demands excellent communication skills, as you will respond to guest special requests and manage any complaints with tact and professionalism. This comprehensive approach ensures that all guests receive top-notch service in a safe environment while supporting the company’s sustainability goals.

Working as a Banquet Server means you will be part of a dynamic team that values people as their greatest asset, where service comes from the heart, and excellence is the standard. Flexibility is key, as schedules will vary and include working on holidays and weekends. The physical nature of the job involves standing for long periods, as well as walking, pushing, lifting up to 35 pounds, and performing various physical movements such as bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, looking to advance their career within a supportive and professional environment. Commitment to the company’s core beliefs - People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It - will help you thrive and succeed in this role.
