As a Banquet Server, your primary responsibility is to ensure flawless service at banquet events by setting up banquet rooms according to supervisor instructions and serving food and beverages in line with established guest service and sustainability standards. This position demands attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset as you attend meetings before events to gather all relevant information on the event's specifics and expectations. You will consistently serve food and beverages in a way that meets the quality standards of both the hotel and the guests, replenishing beverages as needed, and promptly clearing dishes between courses.
