Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state laws
- Must have valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work varying shifts including days and evenings
- Open availability preferred
Job Qualifications

- Previous banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations
- Must maintain a valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification
- Comply with all state-specific alcohol training requirements
- Food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations
Job Duties
- Provide food and beverage services to guests attending catered events including meetings, receptions, luncheons, dinners, and special functions
- Support various service styles from casual buffets to formal plated meals and passed service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and work areas during events
- Clear tables, reset place settings, and assist with maintaining presentation standards
- Frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Participate in event setup, service execution, and breakdown under the direction of Banquet Captain and Supervisor
