Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work holidays, weekends and day shifts
  • ability to perform physical job duties such as carrying plates, moving small furniture, & carrying a full server tray
  • food handler's card
  • ability to be on one's feet for long periods of time
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Prior club or hospitality experience preferred
  • 1-2+ years of food industry positions such as bussing, expediting, hosting, & serving with preference for experience in fine dining restaurant settings
  • beginner knowledge of food and beverage preparation, guest relations, service styles, and etiquette such as appropriate table settings, the order of service, & wine service
  • must be able to quickly learn and adapt to our POS system
  • food handler's card
  • ability to perform physical job duties such as carrying plates, moving small furniture, & carrying a full server tray
  • ability to be on one's feet for long periods of time
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop when necessary

Job Duties

  • Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet
  • able to read and understand BEOs
  • carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests
  • keep glasses filled
  • remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
  • perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service
  • maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness
