Job Requirements
- Six months of experience preferred
- must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift
- must be able to lift and carry trays weighing approximately 40 pounds
- must be able to push and/or pull carts weighing approximately 100 pounds
- must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications

Job Duties
- Set up banquet room in accordance with catering specification sheet
- table linens, dishes, silverware, and glassware
- greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner
- serve food and beverage items to guests using hand-held trays and/or buffet carts
- prepare and set up condiments
- break down banquet room upon completion of function
- remove soiled dishes, glassware and silverware and transport to dishwashing area
