We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing top-notch service during events by ensuring all banquet rooms are set up according to specific guidelines and guests receive attentive and courteous service. The Banquet Server will be responsible for reviewing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to understand menu details, room setups, and audiovisual needs, assisting the setup staff with arranging tables, buffets, and bars, and maintaining clear communication with the kitchen to accommodate any changes. Additionally, the server will engage with guests by greeting them, serving meals and beverages efficiently, clearing tables promptly, and ensuring the banquet environment remains orderly and welcoming throughout each event. Physical stamina and the ability to work quickly within a team are critical, as the role involves standing for extended periods and lifting trays. After events, the Banquet Server will also assist in cleaning and resetting the spaces, preparing for future functions.
