Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous banquet or food service experience preferred
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy trays
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in banquet or food service preferred

Job Duties

Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs
Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc
Provide excellent customer service and communication
Attend to guests by serving meals and drinks
Carry trays and refill beverages
Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness
Communicate with kitchen regarding any changes
Assist in cleaning up and resetting event spaces after functions
